I recently needed to have the garage door openers replaced at my house. The store was very honest and forthcoming about each model of opener and helped meet my needs. The technician, Corey, was a true professional. He came on a Sunday, worked with complete professionalism, and built great trust. Because of his professionalism I did not even shop around when I needed to get new garage doors. I knew the place to go. Looking forward to the new doors. Thanks Precision, and thank you to Corey.

My experience with your service technician Corey, was excellent. He seemed very professional, knowledgeable about the problem, and explained the repair options so a novice could understand.He repaired the garage door, and installed a new opener. Your office staff, who scheduled the appt., was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly suprised that evening appts. were available as well. With the level of professionalism displayed, I was very comfortable with a technician working in my home later into the evening. I am hopeful the work quality will be as exceptional! (repair work not 24hrs old yet!)
