I was pleased to be able to get service the day I called. Jared was polite and explained what needed to be done. He replaced several parts - spring, bearings, etc., I don't know all the parts. I tried to click the 5 above - can't tell if it registered. This is for you -- not for publication, but I will tell those who ask that I am pleased.

I had called around before deciding. Talked with one of your reps and he helped me make up my mind. Talked with my husband and he wanted to go the cheap route. What the rep had said stuck in my mind and I decided to go with you. Corey explained the in's and out's about my garage door. It worked that day, but the next day it was down again. Had to recall and you returned made a few adjustments and so far it works well. The service was excellent. I shall call back for installation of the springs. Service technician's were great and informative. You are now my go to guys. Thanks
