Door required some minimal adjustments, probably due to changing, colder weather. Eli assessed the issue, made some adjustments and job completed in a short period of time. Door operates perfectly.

$80 was alot for the charge for someone just to come out and spray lubricant on the spring. At least you can buy alot of lubricant spray cans with $80. He could've checked the hinges and rollers to make sure they were tight. Technician said hinges and rollers looked good never checked to see if any screws might have been loose.

Eli was great to work with! Eli asked if I wanted an overview or detailed info, rather than assuming. I like to know how things work, and he seemed happy to educate me! He replaced the springs and rollers and inspected and adjusted everything else. Eli was thorough and friendly. I will definitely recommend Precision!

On 10/10/2021, I called Precision Garage Door Service because our garage door would not open or close. The customer service representative was very helpful and made me feel as if my situation was very important to her. I made an appointment for Monday, 10/11/2021 between 8am and 11am. Eli, service technician called me at 8:35 am to advise me that, he was on his way. Eli was very professional and very attentive to everything, I told him regarding the problem with our garage door. He presented me an estimate sheet with 3 different option, but all of them were much higher than what I expected. I explained to Eli that, we would need to wait for the repairs to the garage door because, we were not in a position to pay such high amount right now. He looked for other options and between him and his boss, they gave me a better price. Eli made sure that all of his work was done to perfection and after he was done with the repairs, the garage door was working like new. I was very impressed with his work and his friendliness and professionalism. Of course, I would recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone very highly, since, I had such a nice experience. Thank you Eli and Precision Garage Door Service, you make a difference in this world!!!!

We had a broken garage door and we called Precision Overhead Garage Door Services! Our technician was amazing!! Polite, courteous, professional and just s nice guy!! His name was Eli. We have used Precision in the past and happy with their service. We are also happy with today's service. Had a new garage door system including cables, etc installed. Works perfectly and is much quieter. Andrew S was here within the time frame he said he would be, presented us with options, and got to work immediately and finished when he said he would. He's very nice to talk to too. We would definately use him and Precision again.
