Elliot the technician that came to our home was wonderful! Elliott spent a lot of time adjusting our garage door. When it was finished it was 100% better. I would recommend Precision and Elliott to friends and family!

I was thoroughly impressed with Elliot's service. I had a broken spring, second time on a 20-year old door. He pointed out several additional things that were worn as a result of age. At no point did I feel as if he was pressuring me into anything. More importantly to me, he spent a lot of time talking with me and answering my questions, letting me come to my own conclusions. Excellent job!

Last working day of 2023 our garage spring snapped around noon. Called Precision and Elliott was at our house by 3pm. He went over all components and told us what should be replaced. Repairs were not cheap but price was fair and well explained. I would recommend Precision if you suddenly need prompt garage door repairs.
