I am so thankful for Precision! I was nervous going into the holiday weekend that it would be kid to late next week before I could get my garage door fixed. Elliot arrived the day after I decided on Precision. He was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The repair took about an hour and my door works perfectly now! Thank you so much!

I am now a repeat customer of Precision Door. Elliot went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only is he great at his job, but he actually enjoyed having a conversation as well. They were also able to help me fit the cost into my budget which was an answer to prayer. Thank you to everyone for being such a wonderful company.

Recommended highly by two neighbors, Precision was all they promised - efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, as well as friendly, service. Eliot S, the technician who installed my new opener system, was very thorough in his inspection of my existing garage door and opener, sharing what he noticed and explaining options in detail. He listened to what was important to me. He installed the new equipment, including new wiring which was neatly hidden, and left the area cleaner than when he'd arrived! I am totally satisfied and pleased with everything! (A small thing, but the short bio texted before the appointment was a nice, personal touch.)

Absolutely fantastic service by Elliot S! From the start to job completion, Precision offered quick and professional service. I even called on a Saturday morning and Elliot was at my house within a couple of hours. He was thorough in his work and explained everything very well, including my various options. He was patient and answered all my questions...was obviously not in a rush to move on to the next job like so many other contractors. Would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repairs!

Precision Door responds extremely fast. They usually send their technician the same day or the day after. Their technicians and administrative staff are very courteous, professional and go the extra mile to make sure that all of one's concerns are answered. They installed a new motor on one garage door as well as the springs on both door; they also installed a keypad and changed the rubber strips at the bottom of the doors. I have been pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Elliott and Matt came out same day and replaced my dead garage door opener, they also found several things I didn’t know about that could have caused its demise. I would. Call them again if I needed door repair but they fixed all the little things and my door is very quiet and smooth! Very Happy with them.

Elliot was very kind and very professional! He took a look at the garage door and found the problem easily. Then, because we rent, he stayed around and took the initiative to call the property management to figure out what they wanted to do about fixing it. He also helped me get my car out that was trapped in the garage. I really appreciated the extra help and his patience. Unfortunately my rental company uses a different garage door servicer so we weren’t able to use him for the repair itself, but I highly recommend him and his company and will be using them if I have future issues on a property of my own!

Precision Garage Door Service is the only company I call for my garage doors. I may not be the only one who realizes your garage door needs attention right when you try to leave for work or an important appointment. It's always at the worst moment, it seems. But Precision is always available and ready to help, even the same day. I love that they send a text introducing the person headed to your house with a little bio, so you already feel that you know them when you let them into your house. And each service person is nicer than the last. The service is not only timely, but thorough. They walk you through every issue that they see, the one that got you today, and the ones that will get you later. They come prepared to fix anything and have options so you don't feel pressured. Overall, The Best! Thank you Precision!
