Really appreciate the prompt garage door service provided my Mike. He quickly assessed the broken door and gave us 3 options to consider. Given that another garage door company didn’t install the previous springs properly nor the correct ones, we continued to have issues from the last repair. Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.
