The technician, Mike F., was professional, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He listened to my description of the issue fully. He offered a solution that was was satisfactory to me, along with the cost to do this garage door repair. There were no surprises, and Mike fixed the problem. He wore masks and gloves throughout his visit. Based on this experience I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again when needed, and I will request Mike F. to do that future work for me.

Other than a slight delay in the arrival time, my repair from my service technician Michael, swept me off my feet. Michael fixed a problem me and my husband created. We tried to program a keyless remote on the outside of our garage. However, we ended up de-programming the openers in our vehicles; and only the wireless keypad opener was working. We had to purchase new openers. Michael fixed a shortage in the wiring on one of the lights on the ceiling mounted part of the opener. He re-mounted the keyless entry unit. He swept me off my feet by blowing the leaves that had swirled into our garage out with a leaf blower.

Mike F was amazing. He is professional and knowledgeable, very patient on explaining the problem and solution options. After installing, he guided me how to use it, also explained some related information which could cause door not working. I am very satisfied with his great service, beyond my expectation. Definitely I will recommend Precision door service to my friends.

I tried backing out before the door was completely raised and really jammed up the works. Mike F spent considerable time getting the door raised so I could get my car out and giving me some limited use until the door can be replaced. Very amiable and professional.

Mike did a great job on the install. The cost was a little more than what I thought initially. I guess there was an added charge for something that was separate upon inspection than the quoted cost through chat. Not a big deal though. Process was pretty seamless and the belt drive system is working perfect!

I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment. I would recommend your service to others. Thank you for your service. Your employee is a good representative of your company.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Mike F. He did a thorough job of checking out our garage door area and reviewing what we needed. He went through several options for purchasing a new door opener and understood what would work best for us. We felt very comfortable having him working here. When he was finished we now have the quietest garage door we have ever had. Thanks to Mike for being so professional!
