I choose your company randomly on the internet. Your receptionist was polite and helpful. Mike was my technician. As a business owner/operator I pride myself on customer service. I’m very pleased. (Your list, below, does not let me state what the repair was. It was for the replacement of the metal strip and rubber seal to the bottom of my 16 ft garage door.)

Really appreciate the prompt garage door service provided my Mike. He quickly assessed the broken door and gave us 3 options to consider. Given that another garage door company didn’t install the previous springs properly nor the correct ones, we continued to have issues from the last repair. But thanks to Mike and Precision we are back up and running with some new parts and a 7-year guarantee.

He layed out 4 different options and the price of each. Very professional and cleaned up after himself, including blowing off part of the driveway. Will use again when needed.
