We had an old opener moved to our third car bay and a new belt drive opener installed to make things quieter. I was hoping to get this done within a week. They were able to schedule me the same day I called. Mike did a fabulous job moving our old opener and installing the new one. We chose Precision based on their knowlegeable staff and great products. Mike arrived on time and in fact called because he was able to come earlier than expected which worked out perfectly.

I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked.
