"Scales" are an open invitation to inflation. I called Monday close to noon because the door opener had gone fritzy, Precision having serviced it in 2006. My call must have sounded frazzled. But the young lady was extraordinarily gracious and considerate, scheduling someone to arrive within two hours. And Nick did. He was excellent in his advice and his work. And a most cheerful humor. All in all I was delighted. And I send special thanks to both who were so kind and so good.

Nick was very prompt, calling to let us know when he was on his way to us for our garage door broken spring and after speaking with him, we decided to have him refresh our garage door with their package that replaced the rollers and other typical worn out parts. Nick explained everything before he started and finished promptly. We used Precision door previously for two broken door springs and were able to receive a quick appointment when we called on a Sunday for service on Monday. Would recommend Nick and Precision door.

After calling in late on a Saturday morning, I was guessing that I would be waiting to have someone come out Monday. I was surprised when I was told they could get me in to fix my vastly unlevel garage door that afternoon. After about an hour, Nick had everything looking great and the door performed beautifully. The price was very reasonable as well for replacing the cables and doing a tune up on the entire system. Would definitely recommend.

Called Precision because I wanted to have my garage door serviced sinced I was experiencing closing problems due to a loose wire. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Normally I feel "fleeced" when any service representative makes recommendations for parts that will require future replacement. However, the technician explained and demonstrated why he recommended new springs.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Great service from the initial call through the completion of the job. They were able to have a technician come out right when we called. That ended up not being perfect time for us, but they were able to come out right during the first possible time we were available. Technician called ahead, was there when he said he was going to be, and was great to work with. Very personable, professional, and he knew his stuff! Once it was determined what needed to be done, he worked quickly did an excellent job. No complaints at all, and I'd highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Nick was great, I'm thrilled with how fast they came out. The spring broke with our garage door. He quickly fixed the issue and did a really great job cleaning up after himself.
