Our garage door was difficult to open and close, due to a broken spring and broken bracket. I responded to a magazine ad for Precision, and was thankful that Mandy answered the phone, instead of getting an answering machine. She offered me an appointment that same day! Nick arrived and thoroughly inspected the door and showed me exactly where the problem areas were. He presented a couple of different options, and I chose to have the "overhaul" package. Nick's quote was very good, so he repaired the door, and had all of the parts that he needed on his truck (no waiting for parts to be ordered!) I also asked him to check our second garage door, as I thought it might have some of the same problems as the first one. It did, so I purchased the "overhaul" package for that door as well. Nick was great to work with! If you're having trouble with your garage door, and are looking for fantastic customer service, and excellent quality work at a very reasonable price, please call Precision! You won't be disappointed!

We were very pleased with the prompt service and your technician Nick. No complaints there but was wondering why the fuel charge? I understand that when gas was over 4.00 a gallon it was necessary but now that it has been 2.00 and under on occasion I find it unnecessary.
