ON TIME (Critical, since I took time off from my job for this.) HAD TOOLS RESOLVED ISSUES TRAINED ME, to avoid a recurrence of the mistake that necessitated the visit in the first place. I regret that I did not have all of my recent work done with Precision. Shame on me.
