My garage door malfunctioned on a Sunday afternoon. Although repairs could not be done that day, the technician phoned to tell me he was on the way early the next day. He checked and tested all components, explained what could be done and gave me a number options. The work was done quickly and efficiently . Nick was friendly and polite.

Our garage door opener was not working. Precision Tune was called at 8:30 am and Nick arrived at 11am to complete our job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a spring break on my garage door. I contacted Precision and the lady who answered was incredibly professional, polite and helpful. I told her there was no hurry, but I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Nick Z. Arrived early and was also incredibly polite and professional. He fixed the door quickly and with much higher quality parts than I had previously. Precision is my only garage door company from now on.

Precision answered my call late Saturday night and had a tech here on Monday morning. My technician Nick was just an all-around great guy. He explained everything, took his time going over all potential issues, and broke down costs for various repair and replacement options.
