He fixed the door quickly and with much higher quality parts than I had previously. Precision is my only garage door company from now on.

Precision answered my call late Saturday night and had a tech here on Monday morning. My technician Nick was just an all-around great guy. He explained everything, took his time going over all potential issues, and broke down costs for various repair and replacement options.
