Our service technician did a great job! He explained all the repairs that were needed after doing a thorough inspection. The springs that had been installed by a different contractor 7 years ago were not strong enough to support the weight of our garage doors. Nick installed the new heavier springs and replaced the rollers and bearings which had also wore out. Door works much better than before. Runs smoothly and quietly. Highly recommend choosing Precison!

Nick Zatkoff and his assistant (forgot his name!) were extremely helpful and accomplished the removal of our busted opener and the installation of the new unit. Their cleanup - with a blower - left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Their rating w/b 5 Star!

I was stuck! The spring on my garage door broke and the condition of the door would not allow me to manually open the door. The reviews for Precision were great and they were highly rated by Angie's List and the BBB. After calling, they were there in no time. The technician (Nick) explained to me what repairs needed to be done and pricing. With all that needed to be done I was surprised that it could be done at that moment and in one hour! Wow! I was impressed! The technician (Nick) was very nice and courteous. Great customer service! I will definately recommend them and call them sgain if I need additional service. The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. Thank you Nick for getting the door working again until the new door is installed.

We first used Precision Garage Door Service back in September 2019, when a spring broke on our garage door and could not be opened. Precision was able to come out the next afternoon to help us out. Nick came with an another technician who was in training. They were able to quickly assess the situation and proceeded to repair our door system, including fully servicing and adjusting the opener. The technicians were here less than three hours an did a fantastic job. They replaced the springs, rollers and several other pieces and parts, and the door works like new. At the time our door was almost 27 years old and had never been serviced. I would gladly call Precision again for any issues with our garage door; in fact, just last week I did! The door was making a grinding noise on one side when opening and closing. Nick was once again and was able to fix the issue in about 15 minutes. He explained that a couple of the door panels had slightly shifted to one side, which sometime happens after being fully serviced. He was able to get everything back in place very quickly, at no additional charge,as the work was under warranty. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!
