Precision answered my call late Saturday night and had a tech here on Monday morning. My technician Nick was just an all-around great guy. He explained everything, took his time going over all potential issues, and broke down costs for various repair and replacement options. He was honest and patient and didn't try to pressure me into anything. Fantastic service!

I had a spring break on my garage door. I contacted Precision and the lady who answered was incredibly professional, polite and helpful.
