Andrew, the technician, did a great job of explaining to me patiently and throughly what was need on my garage door; allowed me to make the decisions needed; presented your products, including costs and materials for a new door as above. He fixed main the problem immediately, of the door not closing after 3:00 PM. Please tell him I checked three times! You company is very lucky to have this gentleman represent your business. A sensor board had burnt out due to power surges and my remote was no longer working. Josh phoned me to say he was on the way, arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable and replaced it in a short amount of time. He even offered to pull my car back into the garage for me. I have a steep incline and we had discussed my mobility problems being the reason I needed the garage door opener fixed so quickly. He was very thoughtful! Great service! Had to have a broken torsion spring replaced. I called around 11am and was scheduled for 4:00 the same day. Andrew called and said he was ahead of schedule so he could come a little earlier... he actually waited about 10 mins for me. Really good guy. Explained what he was going to do before hand, I was given options and aprox 1/2hr later, I was operating again. The door is balanced well and is quieter than its been in 10 yrs. I highly recommend!!!

Precision was prompt and properly repaired the door. Other serious issues were pointed out to us which we think it is in our best interest to replace both doors. I am looking forward to getting new insulated garage doors and the benefits we will received from having them.

Called Precision because I wanted to have my garage door serviced sinced I was experiencing closing problems due to a loose wire. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Normally I feel "fleeced" when any service representative makes recommendations for parts that will require future replacement. However, the technician explained and demonstrated why he recommended new springs.

The technician (Mike) was very attentive and knowledgeable and professional. So, excellent work by him. I did have an issue that the dispatcher that took my call seemed much less knowledgeable and that even though I stated that I had a door that was larger than normal with an 8-ft tall opening, she indicated that the special for 2-spring replacement was applicable to me and my situation. I had no idea that the springs covered by the special were inappropriate for my garage door until that was explained by your technician onsite. I felt that I was misled either intentionally or due to lack of knowledge by your sales rep.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

I had my garage door repaired this morning by Mike. He was early for our appt, which was good. He was extremely polite and competent in diagnosing what the problem. It was a spring. I was expecting a large bill, but he told me since Precision overhauled our door, the springs were under warranty. Wow! What good news. Springs are fixed, door is purring like a kitten.
