We called around to three different places. Precision responded quickly to coming out to see what the problem was with one of the three garage doors. He gave me my options and pricing. We did some comparative shopping and another place was cheaper but they said they would call me back within the hour to set a time and didn't call back for 5 hours. In the meantime, we called back Precision and he met the price and we set a time for installation. The installation and door choices were perfect. I would recommend them!!

Our installer was Andrew, a very knowledgable,and polite young man. He pointed out a few problems that the door had, and fixed a couple of them, replaced the cheap rollers with nylon ball bearing rollers, repaired a bracket, and installed a remote keypad opener. I highly recommend him, and would request him should I need any assistance, or another opener.
