We had an emergency where the door tension spring broke. It only took 1/2 hour for your tech to assess the problem, and he fixed it quickly and even remounted the garage door opener which had twisted on its supports. Great service and the door works like a dream.

The repairman (Andrew) showed up within the time scheduled and had my door repaired in a timely manner. He did point out some additional areas of concern that I will tend to. Didn't apply any undue pressure as some servicemen do when they show up to make repairs on something. Conducted himself in a professional manner and would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone else if the need arises.
