I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved at a fair price and I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are having garage door or opener problems.

Andrew gave me quick and expert service. He did not try to up sell me on anything, and as a result I felt more comfortable about going with a nicer insulated door. For now he gave me a "loaner spring" to get my garage door working (the original spring was broken) while I waited for the new door, and new spring/component replacement orders.

Technician arrived on time int he window suggested. Explained his steps and got right to work. He finished quickly, pointed out some concerns and options for my consideration. He also double checked with me before doing some extra work I asked him to do replacing a battery back-up. I appreciated the quickness, throuroughness, and the results. Eric was quite the professional. He phoned 10 or so minutes before arriving, and when he did arrive he presented himself very well. He was careful to inform me that as soon as the problem was diagnosed he would conference with me and explain my options and the prices. We had a new door opener and keypad installed. Afterward Eric called me out to the garage and operated everything in my presence, explaining as he went along. All in all I am very pleased with Eric's professionalism. As far as I am concerned he sets the standard for what I like to see in repair professionals.

Josh was great! He explained things and was very helpful to my Husband who is a real Jack of all trades . We have rentals and have used other garage door co. in the past. We were not very happy with the service or work ethics. Josh put in new bearings , cables and new springs. Showed up on time and worked right threw the job. My husband was very impressed and he is hard to please. I have many people call me for references all the time so if you think about it please send some cards for me to pass out.
