I was referred to this company by a neighbor and was quite pleased with the prompted friendly service. I was walked through the entire process to fix cables and springs to my garage. The price was very reasonable. The service was quick repaired in less that 20 minutes. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors. The service agent Josh was very personable and smiled freely.

Dealing with Precision was a very delightful experience. From the first phone call thru the repair all personnel were very courteous and professional. Jeff very adequately explained every aspect of the needed repairs. He promptly replaced springs, bearings, cables and door rollers. The door now operates truly whisper quiet. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
