I have been a customer for several years, and have had many products, including doors, openers, and hardware, installed by Joel's company service technicians. Since I have worked in the customer service industry all my life, good service by qualified people is a benchmark for building a successful business. Precision has always been professional, on time, and completely efficient in taking care of the products they sell and install. I have referred several friends to them, and all are as satisfied as I am. Joel and his team are excellent, and should be the first choice in any type of garage door service needed.

Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. I will call them again--if needed.

Jeff called to give me his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he went right to work evaluating the damage that had been caused by the broken spring. He gave me options in a range of prices so that I was able to choose the best repairs to fit my budget. He explained everything he did and worked quickly and efficiently. He made additional adjustments to the mechanism so the door opens and closes better than it ever did. It is easy to see why Precision gets consistent high ratings on Angie's List. Their service is top notch. I will definitely call them again.
