Eric was on time, very efficient, installed my new keypad opener and then during the tune-up, found problems with springs/cables - explained potential problems...decided to let him replace all as I trusted him and did not feel this was a gimmick to get me to purchase parts....... This was one of the best home maintenance provider experiences I have had. Precision sent an e-mail confirming the appointment time including a color photo of the service technician (Mike) for security purposes. I also received a call a few minutes prior to arrival at my home. Mike arrived on time in a clean uniform, was articulate in explaining what he was going to do and he completed the repairs within an hour. He also found a cable problem that I had not noticed that could have resulted in a future injury or damage to the door if not addressed. He fixed this quickly and the charge was very reasonable.

Corey did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing & why. Always provided cost of items added & made sure I knew it was my option to add or not.
