I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

My dad is the one that bought the garage door and watched him install the whole thing. . My dad was so impressed with this young man. My dads has told me twice about how he never backed tract on anything he done and if he (my dad) was hiring this guy would definitely have a job.
