Following a call to your firm by me based upon past service by a Precision tech, Eric came to our house to provide an estimate for the purchase of two garage doors. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions, showing us several choices and providing estimated costs for each one. My only concern is that there are too few color choices for the Amarr carriage doors. We may decide to look elsewhere simply because of the lack of color choice. Otherwise, the visit was very professional and helpful.

Excellent efficient service, from the time of making the inquiry at the office (Amanda) through completion of all the work by Eric. Replaced garage door opener, added an outside keypad, tune up and replaced the lining of the door. The technician noticed the old one was corroded and could let mice squeeze in, as well as cold weather. Customer-oriented company.

I selected Precision based on a review in Angie's List and am very happy that I did. The original job was to move an existing opener from the 2-car side of the garage to the 1-car side and install a new opener on the 2-car side. What Eric discovered was that both garage doors were installed with undersized springs which had caused premature wear on all of the moving parts that were a little over a year old. He took the time to explain my options to rebuild or ignore the problem. In the end, I decided to replace the worn parts and springs in order to have garage doors that were balanced and problem free into the foreseeable future. I am extremely please with the quality of work done as well as the quality and functionality of the two LiftMaster openers. Kudos to your company for having well trained and personable installers. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

We hired them through Angie's List for roller replacement. Eric noted a lot more wear and tear after a careful inspection and recommended a number of parts to be replaced. He credited me back the money spent through Angie's List. All the work was done the same day and the garage doors open very smoothly. I particularly like the lifetime parts and labor warranty.

Through Angie's list I ordered a tune up and new rollers for $99. They also replaced cables springs, bearings, etc. Now the bill is $619. I was charged for a service call and a fuel surcharge which I knew nothing about or I would not have had this work done. I also have light coming in through the top of my door which I assume is an opening that will give me a lot of cold air coming in during the winter months thus causing other problems. There is also a hard, like cracking noise when the door is opening.

I purchased an "Angie's List" Big Deal to have my door inspected and rollers replaced for both my doors. In addition to performing that service, they programmed my car, handheld and keychain remotes so that everything can open both doors now. They pointed out the safety hazards of one door that needs new springs as well as an overhaul to the door opener, and explained very well how hard the opener is working since the door is not balanced. I realize it needs additional work, but can't commit to having it done right now, and they expressed their concern but also understood my financial constraints at this time. Thank you!

Josh called shortly before his arrival. When he arrived, I had many questions and concerns regarding my garage doors. He was very patient with my many questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the products and explained to me what could be done to solve my issues.
