Dealing with Precision was a very delightful experience. From the first phone call thru the repair all personnel were very courteous and professional. Jeff very adequately explained every aspect of the needed repairs. He promptly replaced springs, bearings, cables and door rollers. The door now operates truly whisper quiet. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
