After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

I found your ad in the 'Reach' magazine and from that brought up your web site. I also looked at other garage door company web sites but was most impressed by yours. Among other things, being able to check the bios and pictures of the employees was a confidence booster. I was very pleased with the service and product. Andrew was on time and proceeded with the job in an efficient and professional manner. He explained in detail what was was needed (and why) to meet the challenges my garage presented. This was the second time we used Precision to service our garage doors. The technician arrived on time, calling first to let me know he was coming. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and professional. He checked on some concerns we had about our garage door openers, lubricated the tracks, and made sure the doors were working properly. Repair of a sprocket, but after that there was an issue with the door closing properly. Door would go down a bit, then back up. Technician came out two other times, a bit unsure, then on fourth trip Josh came out and issue seems to have been resolved. Just continue to stress, one issue fixed followed by an entirely new and different issue that occurred immediately after the first issue. Still a bit wary of the door operation, but has been working properly past two days. Did hear quite a pitch from Josh regards to upgrades suggested, though I respectively declined.

Hi Alan, I'm sorry we had the follow up issue. Believe me, we don't like to make multiple warranty trips any more than you want to need them. Thankfully the issue was corrected. Your door failed several things on the safety inspection and was in need of further repairs. The gear and sprocket on your opener that was damaged was most likely due to these problems with your door. If I can be of any assistance please let me know.
