Ben was excellent in finding out what the issue was. I thought it was the garage door opener. Instead it was the garage door itself. The door is 30 years old. There were multiple issues with it, and Ben repaired all of them. He was very professional, and very pleasant to talk to. I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.
