My garage door keypad was not working. After changing the batteries, it still did not open or shut, I got in touch with Precision. A technician was out on the same day and fixed what needed fixing. Found out from talking with the technician that he was eloping this weekend. Good luck to him and his fiancee. Also, thank you for your service to this country.

My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.

My service call was for two brackets which attached two panels together that were broken on the garage door. The technician Ben was very professional in fixing the brackets as well as pointed out other parts that should be replace eventually. He gave me a few options, starting with the most critical to the more minor repairs. This allowed me to consider the costs and what I could afford at this time. There was no pressure, only an honest assessment of what should be done in time to kept my garage door safe and operational. I can now budget and plan ahead to fix the garage door in phases. I definitely will call Precision Door Service when I can have the next phase of repairs completed. Ben was very patient in answering and explaining all of my questions. Thank you for such good service!

Ben was our service technician and I have to say how amazing he was. He took his time, explained ALL of the options available for what we needed and did not pressure us into buying anything we didnt need. His professionalism was 100% and he is a very good representative for your company. We needed a little bit of work to be done but he was timely in his arrival and took his time to ensure the job was done right the first time. We found your company via a television commerical last night and it just felt like your company would be good to work with and we were right.
