I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.

My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that.
