Your technician, Ben was prompt to the time he stated for arrival and very professional. After quickly assessing the issue with my overhead door. He explained in detail the current issues of this ailing door. He kindly broke the issues into 3 categories, from critical needs to, repair in the near future, and finally that working like new condition. Explaining each repair category, the parts needed, and the cost for each category. This allowed myself to ask questions, and to make an informed decision on that needed service level. His work was timely and completed with the removal of all trash and disposal of warn parts. Covered the billing and warranty of the work completed. Advised what if any maintenance that I could do on an annual basis myself. His final recommendation was addressing the aging overhead motor, which was manufactured in 1999, stated that currently working, this equipment this may have issues in the future. However, with installation of the current and correct upgraded spring this motor was not having to labor nearly as much as it did prior to this service call. It’s a pleasure to fine and work with a professional service provider like Ben. Like any other service provider of mechanical items, devices, or equipment, in todays market this can be a challenge. The knowledge level and skill set in both mechanical and customer service is refreshing to see. I rank Ben as a TOP SHELF technician that shows the caring and pride in his skills and workmanship. Precision basically rebuilt the door. My panels were good and track was good. The technician, Ben H. inspected the door and made recommendations of kind like good, better, best scenario's. He gave me the three prices and I choice the best. He installed the best garage door opener with a outside keypad, the best torsion springs, new torsion spring shaft, new cables, new cable drums, new electronic eyes, stronger bracket at door for new operator to connect to, lubricated all hinges, installed all new rollers. When he raised and lowered I was shocked how quiet it was. Material and labor was $3303.00, expensive for sure, but worth every dime.

Where do is begin? Ben was absolutely phenomenal! He answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to find the issue immediately and took the time to explain what happened.
