My garage door keypad was not working. After changing the batteries, it still did not open or shut, I got in touch with Precision. A technician was out on the same day and fixed what needed fixing. My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.

My service call was for two brackets which attached two panels together that were broken on the garage door. The technician Ben was very professional in fixing the brackets as well as pointed out other parts that should be replace eventually. He gave me a few options, starting with the most critical to the more minor repairs. This allowed me to consider the costs and what I could afford at this time. There was no pressure, only an honest assessment of what should be done in time to kept my garage door safe and operational. I can now budget and plan ahead to fix the garage door in phases. I definitely will call Precision Door Service when I can have the next phase of repairs completed. Ben was very patient in answering and explaining all of my questions. Your technician, Ben was prompt to the time he stated for arrival and very professional. After quickly assessing the issue with my overhead door. He explained in detail the current issues of this ailing door. He kindly broke the issues into 3 categories, from critical needs to, repair in the near future, and finally that working like new condition. Explaining each repair category, the parts needed, and the cost for each category. This allowed myself to ask questions, and to make an informed decision on that needed service level. His work was timely and completed with the removal of all trash and disposal of warn parts. Covered the billing and warranty of the work completed. Advised what if any maintenance that I could do on an annual basis myself. His final recommendation was addressing the aging overhead motor, which was manufactured in 1999, stated that currently working, this equipment this may have issues in the future. However, with installation of the current and correct upgraded spring this motor was not having to labor nearly as much as it did prior to this service call. It’s a pleasure to fine and work with a professional service provider like Ben. Like any other service provider of mechanical items, devices, or equipment, in todays market this can be a challenge. The knowledge level and skill set in both mechanical and customer service is refreshing to see. I rank Ben as a TOP SHELF technician that shows the caring and pride in his skills and workmanship.
