No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. Ben came out to our new home to help us install our garage door lifts. He was on time and stayed until the job was done. Ben also helped us understand how to look for wear on our garage doors and explained why we needed new garage door rollers. Definitely will highly recommend and request him!

I had a new garage door motor installed and then a new garage door 2 weeks after. The team was excellent and all went very smoothly. The door is SO much quieter! Great service and overall experience. I called early this AM after my spring broke and was able to get someone scheduled to come out and fix it. The tech Ben was v very professional and did a fantastic job of explaining everything before during and after the work. My door has never worked better. I'm not sure how the prices comp[are to others but Im happy with the service I received for the price. I noticed they offer military discounts but don't think I got one. Would use and recommend highly again.

When I called, the scheduler immediately got me on the schedule that same day which was great. Ben called when he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he indicated. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He repaired the broken spring as well as some other components that were going bad. It wasn't long before he had things back up and running. He did a great job and I would call Precision again in the future.
