Very satisfactory experience with this company. I received an email letting me know that Brandon, the technician sent was on his way,then Brandon himself called and confirmed when he would be arriving. When Brandon got here he was very out going and friendly,yet very professional also and you could tell he knew what he was talking about and doing. He walked me through what he was going to do to replace the door spring and also pointed out some other things that would cause future problems over time. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to call them again for any work to be done on the garage door in the future.

I was able to book a service call with Precision very quickly and the technician was great. Brandon was courteous and professional, very thorough in explaining the description of the work and material choices. I had him replace springs, plates, drums, cables, shaft and rollers.
