We’d been having problems with our outside keypad for a while and also noticed that the garage door motor, which was old, was making too much noise. Thought it might be time for a replacement and upgrade. And that’s what we did. Brandon was our service tech and he was great. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything and patiently took us through all the steps, answering any questions we had. From beginning to end it was a good experience.

Service tech came out and did the best he could to resolve the gaps found under the garage door when it’s closed. He replaced part and went the extra mile to try to seal the door. He gave recommendations on door upgrades to consider and even adjusted the motor so more force would be applied when closing the door. The tech was amazing and I would highly recommend this company.
