This was such a painless experience! My husband and I work long hours, so I thought it would be impossible to get anyone out quickly. They came same day! I purchased the original spring from them in 2014, they replaced it under its lifetime warranty and we only had to pay the service fee. Could not have asked for quicker or more professional service.

I scheduled an appointment for the next day to repair my broken spring. To my surprise Brandon was able to show up the same day. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He quoted me several options and explained them all. I ended up doing more than replacing the spring, not because Brandon up sold me unnecessary parts but because he explained to me the benefits of replacing my old garage door parts. I will definitely call them again if needed.
