I called this morning to have someone come repair my garage door/opener. Brandon was able to come early and he fixed my opener and then looked over the spring, bearings and rollers. Since all of this was original to the home, he suggested replacing all of it. What a difference and after seven years of struggling with a squeaky door, it’s heaven to hear a well running door. Ha! Brandon exceeding my expectations and I would recommend this company and Brandon to all of my family and friends. What a relief.

My garage door jammed and I called Precision. Their original on site fee was very reasonable and they had a technician come out within an hour and fix the issue. I had never done anything to the door other than springs and a new door opener and I have lived in my house for over 30 years. The cables had all snapped and there was plenty of damage. The technician was amazing. He explained everything and was very up front about all that was needed. He gave me a full price of the repairs. He had the items in his truck and he had me back up and running within 2 hours. I was thrilled with the whole process and the new parts make my door open and close easily. I am very happy with the service I received.

Brandon was the person who was sent to service my issue. I ended purchasing almost everything new except the door itself. He called before arriving, explained all my options, gave a good estimate and finish the work timely and cleanly. He is terrific representation of your company. I scheduled an appointment for the next day to repair my broken spring. To my surprise Brandon was able to show up the same day. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He quoted me several options and explained them all. I ended up doing more than replacing the spring, not because Brandon up sold me unnecessary parts but because he explained to me the benefits of replacing my old garage door parts. I will definitely call them again if needed.
