Our garage door broke over the weekend and we called Precision on a Sunday. They were able to come out the very next day. Our service technician, Brandon, was awesome! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was friendly and courteous. He looked at the door then explained what needed fixed and why. He gave us options on parts and did everything he could to get us the best price. He had the door operational in about an hour.
