Brandon was fantastic. He was so kind and made sure to show me everything he was doing when he reset my garage door remotes so I would know for the future. He also created a new remote for me and made recommendations on repairs my garage door may need. He was not pushy in his recommendations, which made me trust him. I will absolutely be using Precision Garage Door Service when the time comes to replace my door. Thank you, Brandon!

Brandon was the person who was sent to service my issue. I ended purchasing almost everything new except the door itself. He called before arriving, explained all my options, gave a good estimate and finish the work timely and cleanly. He is terrific representation of your company. He had to work around a messy garage, pets and an owner who was limited physically. I appreciate him watching out for all of us(pets are escape artists). Thanks and would recommend him and your company to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment for the next day to repair my broken spring. To my surprise Brandon was able to show up the same day. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He quoted me several options and explained them all. I ended up doing more than replacing the spring, not because Brandon up sold me unnecessary parts but because he explained to me the benefits of replacing my old garage door parts. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is a company that truly cares about their customers and not the bottom dollar. My technician Brandon R was truly amazing. He went above and beyond to help me understand my options for repairs to determine the best fit. He was able to complete the repair in an efficient and timely manner. Some companies will make the consumer feel as if they were robbed with their services, however this company will make you feel like family. Thank you for all of your help.
