Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. My door starting acting up on a Friday evening, I called Precision Saturday morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician at my home. Drew diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and presented several opinions after clearly explaining what was causing my issue. Once I had chosen how I wanted to proceed, Drew quickly fixed my unit. I am very happy with the service provided and by the professionalism Drew Thatcher demonstrated. I highly recommend this company!
