He was friendly in his demeanor and articulate in explaining the problem with our garage door opener and the repairs it needed. Drew, our technician, arrived early and quickly assessed the door’s issues; Door misaligned due to cable coming off track, weak spring, aging rollers, etc. He provided different levels of repairs and estimated costs. The repairs were made within his estimated time frame and the door and opener are now working. Drew is very knowledgeable and was at ease explaining the operation and problems associated with the door. In short, Drew was informed, friendly and professional.

The Technician arrived on time as promised and called ahead. He was very thorough and professional in adjusting our problematic garage door opener. In addition, he inspected and lubricated our other garage door. He also pointed out a discount I had forgotten. Top notch!

Tech was a very nice guy, but the attempts to upsell was a bit off putting. I had them out to replace a $200 set of springs, and they wanted to sell me an additional $550 in other parts that didn't really need replacing.
