We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. Mr. Eric Gellenbeck arrived early and inspected all of our Raynor garage doors, a total of 4 doors, and explained the ones on the house were in need of extensive repair! He explained our various options and pricing. Since they were installed in 1987, he advised us he could do the complete overhauj today! Eric was very professional, hard working and explained the steps he was taking. He completed the complete job and reprogramed the remotes in two cars.in about 3 hours! Eric is the best engineer we have ever had !!!

We just had a "complete garage door overhaul" (springs bearings, rollers, floor seal) after years of neglect. Eric performed beyond expectation, he was quick and had the whole thing disassembled and parts replaced in just about 2 hours. While he was there he diagnosed a fault with the way the garage door opener had been installed (a DIY job) and he corrected the problem with the weight distribution/load I created when I hung the track ... The door is now 85% quieter and is perfect in almost every way. If you call for service as for Eric and expect exceptional service.
