Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had when having any type of service done. This is the first time we have Precision Door Service. Eric truly demonstrated professional customer service. It was obvious from the time Eric walked in that he was all about the customer. I had several questions for Eric before he started working on replacing our spring. Eric took the time to answer and explain everything that I had questions on. This is what customer service is about. My experience with anyone that I use determines if I will use them again or not. Based on the customer service and the friendliness of Eric. I will use Precision door service again if needed. I would strongly recommend anyone that needs anything done to the garage door to use Precision Garage doors. Thank you taking care of us as quickly as you did and as professional as you did.

Precision is always extremely friendly, punctual and helpful! I really appreciate receiving an email prior to the appointment with a picture so you know who will be coming to your home. Eric came to my home to do a tuneup but primarily to sell me two remote openers and to program them for the opener. He discovered that the door and springs combination are inappropriate for the opener because the door is very heavy and the springs are almost non-existent and the combination causes the opener to work much harder than it is supposed to. I didn't like that news but I'm not hoping that it doesn't break down totally for a few months. Eric did just great in the frigid weather.

A few months ago I had my garage door basically rebuilt by Precision doors. Fast forward to today. My 30 year old door broke into two pieces. Precision Doors came out looked it over and quoted me a price of a new insulated door minus the monies I paid for the rebuild. I was blown away by the way they stood up for their customer satisfaction. They will always be my "first call" in the future.

Eric was my service technician. From beginning to and I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated the email telling me who my service technician would be and having pictures knowing that I would be able to recognize who was coming to my home. Eric explained everything very well and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and showed me what exactly he was replacing.
