Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

We were very pleased when we first had you come out for a major repair about a year ago. This time, a driver did some damage to the door channel and we needed you again. A few months ago I had my garage door basically rebuilt by Precision doors. Fast forward to today. My 30 year old door broke into two pieces. Precision Doors came out looked it over and quoted me a price of a new insulated door minus the monies I paid for the rebuild. I was blown away by the way they stood up for their customer satisfaction. They will always be my "first call" in the future.

Eric was my service technician. From beginning to and I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated the email telling me who my service technician would be and having pictures knowing that I would be able to recognize who was coming to my home. Eric explained everything very well and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and showed me what exactly he was replacing. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this to anyone else

I called to have my garage door repaired and was surprised that the repairs could be done on the 4th of July. Eric arrived that morning and had my garage door working again in no time at all. He took the time to explain all the issues that he found and what he was going to do to resolve the problems. When Eric told me that there is a lifetime warranty on all the work he did I was so happy because it's hard to find a company that will back their work with that kind of warranty. I chose your company because of the high ratings and rewards the company has received and I couldn't be more pleased with that decision. Eric told me that my motor was very old and that I should consider getting replaced. Well, when that motor does go out I will be calling your company to come and replace it. I will not be going anywhere else for any future work that I may need done to my garage door. You fellas are top notch!!! Keep up the excellent work and fantastic customer service!!
