We just called them for a problem and they came out when scheduled, the Teck I believe his name was Eric looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. He said have a good and left. I asked what the charge was and he said it was just a lose wire in my opener. I will always call Precision they are polite and get the job done right.

He quickly identified the problems and provided an estimate for a minimal repair, a better repair, and the best repair, with a 10 year warranty. Eric Gellenbeck came to my house when my garage door quit working and my car was trapped inside. He found a broken spring and then inspected the rest of my door explaining everything he found. After presenting me with options, cost, etc. I decided to have them replace the door. Eric was very professional, honest and helped me decide the most cost effective way to correct the problem. He never tried to push me in any direction but offered guidance. Eric is fantastic and I am very grateful for him and the time he spent helping me. I will never use another garage door company.
