Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

The only part good was our garage door. Everything else was worn out. Eric came out and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and adjusted everything. Now it works like new. Ask for Eric he does good work and is fast and to top it all off he doesn't pressure you into anything. He gave us several options and let us decide what we wanted.

Eric was incredible. He showed up on time and was so nice and helpful. Showed a screen shot of what our house would look like with the color we picked and then offered to switch out our garage lightbulbs that we out and got my car set up with the opener in the car to work which he didn't have to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Eric came for the first appointment and provided great insight into the problem with my door and gave a great recommendation. Justin came for the second appointment to install the new garage door, spring, and rails. Both did a great job calling me in advance, were prompt, and came early within the allotted time frame. Justin was thorough with the install and made sure I was happy with how the new door functioned. Overall very happy with my decision to use Precision.

The garage door re-opened each time I closed it, whether I used the car remote or the inside/outside control panels. The problem was a simple one to fix-adjusting the down screw on the opener so the door wouldn't close harder then it needed to. The repair crew was on time, friendly, and efficient. They found the problem within a couple of minutes and made the necessary adjustment. They also showed me how to do it myself, if I needed to. 5 star rating.

When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!
