We had an issue with the garage door not opening. Eric Gallenbeck was our technician. He was communicative regarding his arrival time, prompt and efficient. From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Eric did a great job, was quick and thorough he installed a new spring,bearings,rod and a roller. My door is quite and smooth operating now. So very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Precision hasn't done me wrong yet. Had Eric before. Glad to have him again. He always done a great job. Garage door would not open all the way. He showed me what was going on with the pictures he had taken and it looked crummy. Replacement of the gears, door opener, and keypad on outside. Works better and is very quiet when opening and closing.

One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!

Can't say enough positive things about Eric's capability and professionalism in fixing our garage doors! Not only was he able to fix/tune up all three of our doors, but the company in general is well organized and great at communication. I originally had another company come out to our home after our garage door spring broke. They left stating they'd get back to me but were unable to fix the door that day. After not hearing back from competitor, I called Precision feeling extremely frustrated and they were great all around. Don't bother calling anyone else!!

The only part good was our garage door. Everything else was worn out. Eric came out and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and adjusted everything. Now it works like new.
