When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had when having any type of service done. This is the first time we have Precision Door Service. Eric truly demonstrated professional customer service. It was obvious from the time Eric walked in that he was all about the customer. Eric came to my home to do a tuneup but primarily to sell me two remote openers and to program them for the opener. He discovered that the door and springs combination are inappropriate for the opener because the door is very heavy and the springs are almost non-existent and the combination causes the opener to work much harder than it is supposed to. I didn't like that news but I'm not hoping that it doesn't break down totally for a few months. Eric did just great in the frigid weather.
