Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

Eric came for the first appointment and provided great insight into the problem with my door and gave a great recommendation. Justin came for the second appointment to install the new garage door, spring, and rails. Both did a great job calling me in advance, were prompt, and came early within the allotted time frame. Justin was thorough with the install and made sure I was happy with how the new door functioned. Overall very happy with my decision to use Precision.

The garage door re-opened each time I closed it, whether I used the car remote or the inside/outside control panels. The problem was a simple one to fix-adjusting the down screw on the opener so the door wouldn't close harder then it needed to. The repair crew was on time, friendly, and efficient. They found the problem within a couple of minutes and made the necessary adjustment. They also showed me how to do it myself, if I needed to. 5 star rating.

When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!

Came out same day, helped with diagnostics and cleaned everything up trying to track down an intermittent issue with the door. We didn't fix it necessarily, but we eliminated a host of issues as possible causes, so I'm happy!

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had when having any type of service done. This is the first time we have Precision Door Service. Eric truly demonstrated professional customer service. It was obvious from the time Eric walked in that he was all about the customer. I had several questions for Eric before he started working on replacing our spring. Eric took the time to answer and explain everything that I had questions on. This is what customer service is about. My experience with anyone that I use determines if I will use them again or not. Based on the customer service and the friendliness of Eric. I will use Precision door service again if needed. I would strongly recommend anyone that needs anything done to the garage door to use Precision Garage doors. Eric came to my home to do a tuneup but primarily to sell me two remote openers and to program them for the opener. He discovered that the door and springs combination are inappropriate for the opener because the door is very heavy and the springs are almost non-existent and the combination causes the opener to work much harder than it is supposed to. I didn't like that news but I'm not hoping that it doesn't break down totally for a few months. Eric did just great in the frigid weather.
