What can I say about Eric G. What a great guy. Told him what I was looking for and what I needed. He answered all my questions and even made some adjustments. I was looking to replace two very old garage door openers that were noisy and wore out. I even needed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door and replace the old plastic rollers. Eric was great to deal with and he never once tried to sell me something that I did not need and that is what I appreciate. I will definitely be calling precision again.

I had run into the door about 6 months ago and the door busted the bottom roller and the whole bottom was hanging. I couldn’t afford a new door and I couldn’t shut the door. I called the dispatcher and she got someone out within 2 hours. I went on to work and they fixed everything and I was able to pay them over the phone from work. I got home and Kevin did an amazing job! Thank you everyone I dealt with for taking care of my emergency and doing an amazing job! This service was to replace the door opener on a one door garage opener that got hit by lightning. The product installed was overkill for this door. The door is only used maybe 25 times a year. They way oversold us. The door opener alone was $958. The total bill came to $2933. They did a good job, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of my husband.
