Outstanding in ALL areas! We had service completed 2-years ago to replace the garage door, tracks, etc and had the best experience. 2024 we relocated to a newly built home in Knightstown. Terrible grinding noise persisted w/opening/closing & ultimately the overhead door would not close. Our builder attempted to repair but unable to obtain parts. Approaching the holiday wknd w/o garage access, we contacted Precision & scheduled a next day appt! The advanced bio of the technician was a great safety measure, thank you! Eric displayed a professional appearance, extremely knowledgeable & interesting to chat with about his travels, various interests! He had to go back to the shop for an extended length “18’ bar” and quickly returned & completed the job. Very impressed with Precision Door & will highly recommend! Much appreciated, thx again!!

I’ve used Precision Doors before at this home when they installed a unit, at my old home when they installed that unit as well and I love the service. Eric showed up with a positive attitude. Very knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly to our decision in what we needed. Thank you for everything. I’ll always call on you when needed and will share your information when asked for a recommendation. I really liked Eric!

I just need to comment on Eric G. who came to repair my wireless door opener that just quit working. He was so pleasant to talk with and efficient in his approach to the issue that I almost hated to see him leave. I couldn't be more pleased with your company and have recommended Precision Garage Door Service to many folks.

I called Precision Garage Door Service after watching their commercials promising quick service. They did not disappoint. The technician, Eric Gellenbeck, was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and had my garage doors working great within a very short time. I was also impressed by the amount of repair parts carried on their trucks, no waiting for parts to be ordered or a return trip to install.

I was extremely satisfied with their business in 2011 and 2013. My technician was hardworking and very astute to know exactly what he was doing. I remembered his words in 2013 and wanted his help ideally first in my need for garage issue help. I went with another company and I was disappointed the day before for a reference to today's visit. Eric Gellenbeck was the one to help me in "13 and details were written for his service then now due to Eric wanting to help his team, he went to work on-site to balance a heavy load today. I was blessed more than I could imagine as they sent a Bio on him to get to know him with his great expertise and how he anchored well as a service manager. Eric explained things with excellence and when I asked him- gave recommendations. He followed his words with wonderful action to show his dedication. A box was used to collect inside the garage trash and there was a nicety to blow snow off my car and pavement to go the "extra mile" for a bonus. You can tell he trains his team to be precise and strive toward "excellence". I felt so at peace and grateful to God for re-finding them and for their graciousness to come out to serve me (save me!!). They are an answer to my prayer... Thank you, Eric, and may your business indeed prosper more and more so with your shining way of instructing your team. My Best ... Deborah

We were very impressed with Precision. Garage door was struggling to open during cold weather. We called and had an appointment the next day. Eric Gellenbeck was the technician. He gave us different options and explained well what the problem was and the best remedy. Everything working well now. Great service!

Got you thru Angi's List. Very disappointed in your pricing and nickel and diming me. But you were here, and I needed it done. Service technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough. However, I extremely taken back at the price for a new unit and repairs.

The Precision Team, Eric and Brandon were knowledgeable and efficient and gave us total confidence in their abilities. We received an impressive, detailed text when they were on their way. Also, the service call was made the day after we called to request service. It is so nice to deal with professionals who really know what they are doing and know their business. Precision is very lucky to have Eric and Brandon on their team. Also, they were personable and courteous and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. In addition, they made the repairs efficiently. If ever needed, we would definitely use Precision again, we highly recommend them!
