Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

I've been using Precision Door for several years not only for my home but I use them for my company needs too. Before I used Precision Door I was using their competitor which had several names and phone numbers but it was really only one company. The service was excellent, from the initial call to the repair. The phone call could not have been more empathetic and kind. They helped get an appointment the same day, and called to tell me a more concise time window. Eric the repairman was on time and was a great help to understand the issues with our garage door. We have always used Precision for our garage door repair. We get very good service. We just called them for a problem and they came out when scheduled, the Teck I believe his name was Eric looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. He said have a good and left. I asked what the charge was and he said it was just a lose wire in my opener. I will always call Precision they are polite and get the job done right.

Excellent!! I called at about 9:20 am, and Eric arrived at about 10:40 am!! He was very professional and personable. He quickly identified the problems and provided an estimate for a minimal repair, a better repair, and the best repair, with a 10 year warranty. I chose the best repair, which he performed in about 90 minutes. I highly recommend Precision!!

Eric Gellenbeck came to my house when my garage door quit working and my car was trapped inside. He found a broken spring and then inspected the rest of my door explaining everything he found. After presenting me with options, cost, etc. I decided to have them replace the door. Eric was very professional, honest and helped me decide the most cost effective way to correct the problem. He never tried to push me in any direction but offered guidance. Eric is fantastic and I am very grateful for him and the time he spent helping me. I will never use another garage door company. Precision is honest, does great work and has fantastic people working for them. They really do care about their customers!
