Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

Eric Gellenbeck came to my house when my garage door quit working and my car was trapped inside. He found a broken spring and then inspected the rest of my door explaining everything he found. After presenting me with options, cost, etc. I decided to have them replace the door. Eric was very professional, honest and helped me decide the most cost effective way to correct the problem. He never tried to push me in any direction but offered guidance. Eric is fantastic and I am very grateful for him and the time he spent helping me. I will never use another garage door company. Precision is honest, does great work and has fantastic people working for them. They really do care about their customers!

Eric G. was the technician who inspected and repaiedr my garaged door. He arrived early within time designated. He inspected the door, pointed out issues that should be addressed. He fully explained what would be done, why and what parts were necessary. He followed through with work agreed on. The work done was professional and finished within reasonable time. Eric approached his work with complete confidence that he knew what should be done and how it would be accomplish. After work was completed, he explained in a clear and detail. manner. I had never used Precision before yesterday. I didn't know anything about the company before I placed my call to have someone come and look at my garage door opener. I was given a window of between 4 and 7 PM. Eric, the technician called shortly after 4 and was there within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote for the work to be done. Eric was polite, engaging and extremely thorough and knowledgable about the work to be done. When he was done, he met my sister and then looked over her door and made the necessary repairs to her door to make it safe and functional. From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Eric did a great job, was quick and thorough he installed a new spring,bearings,rod and a roller. My door is quite and smooth operating now. So very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Excellent!! I called at about 9:20 am, and Eric arrived at about 10:40 am!! He was very professional and personable. He quickly identified the problems and provided an estimate for a minimal repair, a better repair, and the best repair, with a 10 year warranty. I chose the best repair, which he performed in about 90 minutes. I highly recommend Precision!!
