I called on Sunday afternoon when I discovered a broken spring, and Josh arrived late in the day. He explained the problem very well and gave his estimate on how much life some other worn components had left. That really helped me weigh my options on whether to replace them now or take my chances that the parts would last until I would likely move. I ended up replacing more than I had planned, but the information and Josh's demeanor made me feel good about my decision. He replaced the parts quickly and planned his work for fewest trips through the house. (I'm a germophobe, so I appreciated him reducing the shoe-traffic!)Overall, I was really pleased with the work, and if I ever need another garage door repair, I will call Precision and ask for Josh.

Josh did a great job of inspecting the door, identifying where there was wear and tear, and rebuilding the door so that it works better than it ever has since I've owned the house, and much quieter too. It ended up costing more than I expected, but since the new parts come with a lifetime guarantee, I'm confident that it was worth it. Thank you!

My overhead door struck and object while going up and caused the door to jump the track and bend theguiderails. You rep talked me thought what he could do as a tempporary fix and discussed options for a repalcement door at a very reasonable price. We hope to have the new door installed in a couple weeks. I would gladly recommend Precisoin to any of my family or friends needing service or new equipment.

i have used your company before and had a good experience . the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix our problem and provided us with solution. we opted to upgrade our door opener to a newer model and it was installed properly and done within a reasonable time frame. we would use this company again in the future

After reviewing all the details I see you were booked as a 9-11 however ended up on the schedule from 11-1. That is why Josh wouldn't have given you a call to let you know he was late.
