I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Precision. Starting with the fact that someone was actually there to take my call on a Sunday afternoon, I was very impressed. The customer service was very friendly and helpful and Josh was at my house in less than 24 hrs. to fix the door. He was very friendly, explained what he found after his explanation, and how to fix the problems in a way that was understandable. Best of all, the door was up and working again in less than an hour of when he pulled in the driveway. Even our dogs loved him! I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone.

My garage door would not open and my car was trapped inside. I called Precision about 10 am and they sent someone out later that day and had the door operational. Josh, immediately saw the problem and also pointed out a couple of other things that were going to break in the near future and I had those fixed as well. Overall,they provided prompt and excellence service at a reasonable price.

We've used Precision before and we were very pleased with how knowledgable the technician was and how he took the time to explain it all to us before he fixed the problem. Josh was great! Only slight issue was that ordered oversized bottom rubber, that Josh clearly explained did not have on truck at initial appt. and would need to come back to install following week, however no follow up call received from Precision. I had to call one and a half weeks later to follow up & request installation.

Precision offers the full package: easy website to navigate, opportunity to know your service tech online before he arrives, instant feedback, on time appointment, parts are on the truck, and excellent service. Josh was great at identifying what needed to be done to not only repair the springs, but make sure the door was safe and operating as it should. It's like having a new door again.
