If 10 stars were available, that is the rating I would give my service technician, Nick Zatkoff. What a polite and personable young man. He was so patient and helpful with all my questions. And helping me make decisions best for my needs and desires. I would request Nick each time for any assistance I may need. He represents your company with great character. I want to also say when I spoke with Candace and Amanda on the phone, I was also very pleased with their help. I appreciate all of the service I have received.

I was stuck! The spring on my garage door broke and the condition of the door would not allow me to manually open the door. The reviews for Precision were great and they were highly rated by Angie's List and the BBB. After calling, they were there in no time. The technician (Nick) explained to me what repairs needed to be done and pricing. With all that needed to be done I was surprised that it could be done at that moment and in one hour! Wow! I was impressed! The technician (Nick) was very nice and courteous. Great customer service! I will definately recommend them and call them sgain if I need additional service. Thank you from freeing me from my garage!

The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. Thank you Nick for getting the door working again until the new door is installed.

We first used Precision Garage Door Service back in September 2019, when a spring broke on our garage door and could not be opened. Precision was able to come out the next afternoon to help us out. Nick came with an another technician who was in training. They were able to quickly assess the situation and proceeded to repair our door system, including fully servicing and adjusting the opener. The technicians were here less than three hours an did a fantastic job. They replaced the springs, rollers and several other pieces and parts, and the door works like new. At the time our door was almost 27 years old and had never been serviced. I would gladly call Precision again for any issues with our garage door; in fact, just last week I did! The door was making a grinding noise on one side when opening and closing. Nick was once again and was able to fix the issue in about 15 minutes. He explained that a couple of the door panels had slightly shifted to one side, which sometime happens after being fully serviced. He was able to get everything back in place very quickly, at no additional charge,as the work was under warranty. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Nick was amazing! He was fast precise and very much proud to represent Precision Garages. He had done prior work on our springs 2 years ago and came back to be the tech to fix our new problem. Its reassuring that all the parts with precision are warranty and although I have had only experience with one of their techs if all the techs are like Nick then you've choosen the right company to trust to do any of your work needed.

Grossly overpriced. Told me springs needed replaced when just needed tension added. Very sales focused. Not a service company.
Hi Colby, As we discussed on the phone, in most cases older springs that are wearing out cannot just simply be overwound to compensate. This not only causes too much tension in the up position, but greatly speeds up the spring failure. I'm sorry that the technician failed to explain this at the time of your service. Nick Zatkoff (and his assistant Ryan) came to check our garage door problem. We hired him to replace our opener and repair some needed maintenance on the door, hinges, etc. He was OUTSTANDING! He explained the work thoroughly and never pressured us to make any purchases. He fixed the door and replaced the opener while he was here. He communicated everything with us before he started. He was polite and knowledgeable about the work he did. We have already recommended him to friends and will, without a doubt, call this company back whenever needed.

The opener stopped working. Our grandkids were over and apparently stepped on some wires that we did not notice. We called at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and they sent Nick to fix the problem. He was at our home within a hour and diagnosed and repaired. Very happy with the service as well as the amount charged.

I damaged my own garage door and part of the frame around the door. Nick & Brian at Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job and very quickly on the same day which is amazing. While the guys were working on the door someone was sent to deliver a part the guys didn't have with them. I really appreciated that. This is the second time I call for service with this company and I am very satisfied with the curtesy and respect, and professionalism of the employees. I would call again if needed.
