THE GARAGE DOOR REPAIR THAT MR. ZATKOFF RENDERED TO MY GARAGE DOOR WAS FANTASTIC. I THOUGHT THAT OUR DOOR WAS ON IT'S LAST LEG BUT WHEN THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETE IT IS TOTALLY QUIET AND OPERATES LIKE IT WAS NEW. NOT ONLY DID HE CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF BUT CLEANED THE WHOLE GARAGE. VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND FAST.

I cannot say enough good things about the team that transformed my elderly garage door! They were able to save the original door and make it safe, quiet and functioning. I had called another company, they came out and told me the door could not be repaired and that I would need a new custom order door. While waiting for an estimate and two failed appointments with that company I called Precision. Precision was prompt and discussed maintaining the door as I live in a historic neighborhood. Keeping the door was not easy, they basically rebuilt the entire system. There was a small problem after the door was fixed and they were there that day and worked on the issue and I will never use anyone but Precision. The work performed was amazing and the repairmen were gentlemen and excellent technicians

I just paid $80 to have a technician come out, and clean the wires to the sensors because the garage door wouldn't close. Not sure if i am angry at myself for not being smart enough to think of that, or angry that I had to pay $80 for 5min of work. If it goes out again I will just buy a new opener, and install it myself for a little more money.

Completed requested work timely and effectively. Pricing was somewhat higher than expected (several years since I had garage door repairs done) but fair given timing and need for quick repairs.

Precision send a technician to our home within hours of our call. Our service technician (Nick Z.) was outstanding! He was polite, friendly, professional yet personable, and very knowledgeable! He replaced our broken springs serviced other existing parts of our door. it works great now and operates more quietly than before. And he reprogrammed our remotes which now work better! Nick also made sure I got the (Veterans) because of my prior military service. I definitely recommend Precision : )

We had a cable break on one of our two doors. Nick inspected both doors and found our 21 year old openers were in surprisingly great shape but the spring system was wore out. So we had the springs up graded and replaced on both doors. The work was quick and on time and on budget. Nick was very good to talk to as he discussed everything we needed to know but did not oversell anything. When the openers finally die I will have you back to replace those too. Thanks

My garage door sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard when it went up or down. The technician replaced several parts including the rollers, cables, and light sockets in the opener piece in addition to the spring that was purchased. I used it for a couple days and was at first looking back through my car window to see whether the door was actually working (because I could not hear the loud shrieking sound as before!) And yes, the door was operating as it should, quietly and smoothly. My neighbors are so happy now!

I called OGDS first thing in the AM when my husband had to manually open the door to go to work. They are our go to company and they did NOT disappoint! They got us in right away and Nick showed up earlier (called first to make sure it was okay, of course). He got right to work and was able to diagnose and repair both issues. We were still under warranty so we were good to go. He then showed me some of the areas to spray for maintenance and said that he hoped we didn't have to see each other very soon. : ) Great Customer Service!
