Precision Door did a great job fixing the broken spring on my door. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and pair done within a little over an hour. He also showed me that some bearings on my door support rod were worn out and he gave me a fair quote to replace them, so he did that as well. Very friendly and polite technician. I will definitely use Precision Door again.

Nick was very professorial and honest. I have been in the hardware/home center business for over 35 years. And sold many a garage door. So you can't buffalo me...I shopped around and got a quote from one company to replace one spring 300 to 400 dollars. I told the guy on the phone I cam go to home depot for 30 to 40 dollars for a spring. HE SAID NO WAY. Well yes way....I told him head ripping people off. Nick ending up getting 370.00 bucks. But he replaced many needed parts and did both springs. I am handy but won't mess with the danger of springs. Nick is a keeper! I will be back for my garage door repair needs that I can't do. Thanks again Nick! I would hire you!

Over all I'm happy with the install.[detached garage] I did not like the fact it costs $80 for an estimate, you have no way to price shop. I hope POHD is competitive lol ! I will do a lot more research when I replace my house OHD and opener !

I found your company on Home Advisor. I followed up by checking out your website and really liked that you had pictures of your employees so customers know who is arriving to do the work. I followed up with the Better Business Bureau and found Precision Door to be an accredited business with an A+ rating and an average of 5 start customer reviews. And it's no wonder! I called Saturday and the door opener was installed Monday! Great service...and Nick was professional, friendly, and did great work! The garage door opener is so quiet; I'm amazed and a very happy camper!! I would recommend this company to everyone I know!

5 stars rating We were extremely pleased with Nick Z and his work on our garage door. He installed a new motor, put in new springs and rollers and a new remote control system. Basically rebuilt the entire system in a very short period of time. It works beautifully. And it is now whisper quiet. He even repaired the door which had been making a terrible loud cracking noise. He is very skilled and very courteous and friendly as well. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his advice and skills. Thank you for excellent work!

When you wake up and can’t get your cars out. It was great to make a call and have the job done by lunchtime. Nick was great with showing me what was needed to fix the door. You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!

Incredible service! We had a spring break last night and could not operate the door at all to get the cars out. I called late last night to schedule the appointment for the next day. I called OGDS first thing in the AM when my husband had to manually open the door to go to work. They are our go to company and they did NOT disappoint! They got us in right away and Nick showed up earlier (called first to make sure it was okay, of course). He got right to work and was able to diagnose and repair both issues. We were still under warranty so we were good to go. He then showed me some of the areas to spray for maintenance and said that he hoped we didn't have to see each other very soon. : ) Great Customer Service!
