Kevin U went above and beyond fixing my garage door! Showed me what was going on and why my garage door wasn’t working properly! We sat down and discussed a few things he could do to fix it and we both agreed on what needed done. He did an excellent job fixing my garage door!

Requested service call 8/16/21 late afternoon. Arrived early the next morning. Serviceman Kyler J was polite and very professional and checked the door function thoroughly after repair. As a retired Service Manager for machinery company I was impressed with this mans politeness and professional manner. He is a compliment to any company.

Mike did a great job on the install. The cost was a little more than what I thought initially. I guess there was an added charge for something that was separate upon inspection than the quoted cost through chat. Not a big deal though. Process was pretty seamless and the belt drive system is working perfect!

Our experience with Precision was top notch. Our sales consultant was helpful and knowledgeable. The new door and door opener installation from Tim was superb and he kindly put up with the non-stop, loud barking of our dog while he worked. The door is high quality, looks great, and is a pleasure to see when we pull up to our house. It has vastly improved our home's curb appeal.

I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment. Service Tech was very knowledgable, considerate, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help me understand all of my repair or replacement options. Once a plan was settled on, he was quick and efficient to make repairs. He also made sure that the door was operational so my wife could make a Doctor's appointment. The door operates better than it has in a long time; it's also a lot quieter. He didn't just throw a new spring on the door, he took the time to investigate all of the operational mechanisms to make sure I wouldn't have issues later. Thanks to him and your Company for the quick service.

Last Sunday evening when I attempted to open my garage door opener it made a loud click and I saw and smelled smoke coming out of it. I was happily surprised that being Sunday evening when I called Precision, I actually got a real human being on the phone. The technician Ben came by early the next morning. He diagnosed the problem that my motor was indeed dead and fixed me up with a new opener complete with all the new bells and whistles and soo much quieter! Ben was such a gentleman and listened carefully to all my concerns so thank you very much!

We replaced the motor unit and respective parts as our 11 year old opener was just not as spry as it use to be, lets say. Eli, the technician, was great! He was very personable, polite, and very knowledgeable informing us as to what repairs were needed and what options were available. My Beauceron liked him so I knew we were in good hands.

Need a Door Spring replaced. Spring was replaced without issue. Tech assured me that the Bear Plates must be repaired. Door is only two and a half years old. There was no attempt to show me the so called bad plates. Obviously the up-sell is a good way to boost billings. I don't think there was anything wrong with the plates that I paid an additional $250 for. I received an email from Joel to call him and I will. I have attempted to connect via email but can't get any response. Not a company that I would recommend or refer anyone else to.

We found out about you and BRANDON RICHARDSON Service Tech from one of my friends who lives in these condos.. I called and the very nice lady helped me book the appointment. I told her that I would like to have the tech that was at Todd's Pennington's condo in July. I did not have his name! So she told me that she would try to find who it was.I am so glad she did!!!He was great help to me.. You should know you have got great people working for you.. Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it.
