Andrew and Teddy were great. They first assured me that our problem could be corrected today, which was critical. They gave me several options and explained the benefits of each. Absolutely no pressure. I felt completely comfortable with them. The job was done and the door works better than it did when we moved here 7 years ago.

Precision was recommended by a friend when the spring broke on my garage door. They were efficient in setting up my appointment and coming out to service. Josh and Trainee Kevin arrived in the designated time window and accessed the repair. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable. Josh presented options and once I selected the option for my repair, they were efficient in the repair and cleaned up everything. I’m very pleased with the attitudes of the men and their workmanship. I will definitely recommend Precision.
