Mike arrived promptly. He explained his process to first review and advise condition of original equipment. He answered all questions. He was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and thoroughly described all of the options. Based on the estimates, I was easily able to make a decision. At that point he started working, kept me informed on his progress and finished up the job. Upon completion he explained what he had done, and answered all of my questions. Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!

We have had a bid in on replacing/repairing our shop garage doors since first of February from another company and have got nothing but a runaround from them. I’ve seen your commercials and decided to call just to see what your company had to offer. Your tech came out today after being pre introduced via email( which I loved) I knew exactly who was coming and his background. He had everything on his truck to repair Not REPLACE as the other company told us! He had both oversized commercial doors repaired in just a few hours!! I was so impressed! Chris was excellent. He did a great job with completing maintenance on my garage door and replacing some parts. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful in making some recommendations on a future replacement if my garage door and opener. If you need garage door work then I recommend calling Precision.

This service was to replace the door opener on a one door garage opener that got hit by lightning. The product installed was overkill for this door. The door is only used maybe 25 times a year. They way oversold us. The door opener alone was $958. The total bill came to $2933. They did a good job, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of my husband.

Called on a Saturday morning for a broken cable. They got us in same day. Chris T was our technician, and he was phenomenal. We ended up needing some other parts replacement, and I didn't feel pressured or upsold by him just the facts which I appreciated. Definitely recommend Precision and Chris.
