I had run into the door about 6 months ago and the door busted the bottom roller and the whole bottom was hanging. I couldn’t afford a new door and I couldn’t shut the door. I called the dispatcher and she got someone out within 2 hours. I went on to work and they fixed everything and I was able to pay them over the phone from work. I got home and Kevin did an amazing job! Thank you everyone I dealt with for taking care of my emergency and doing an amazing job! One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in over 30 years! 5 stars is too low of a rating!

My garage door jammed and I called Precision. Their original on site fee was very reasonable and they had a technician come out within an hour and fix the issue. I had never done anything to the door other than springs and a new door opener and I have lived in my house for over 30 years. The cables had all snapped and there was plenty of damage. The technician was amazing. He explained everything and was very up front about all that was needed. He gave me a full price of the repairs. He had the items in his truck and he had me back up and running within 2 hours. I was thrilled with the whole process and the new parts make my door open and close easily. I am very happy with the service I received.

My garage door malfunctioned on a Sunday afternoon. Although repairs could not be done that day, the technician phoned to tell me he was on the way early the next day. He checked and tested all components, explained what could be done and gave me a number options. The work was done quickly and efficiently . Nick was friendly and polite.

I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. Joel, you should be very proud of the way that Mike represents your company.
