We've used Precision before, but Kevin was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He got everything set up for us so there was zero hassle trying to learn new equipment or program new remotes. It was all taken care of.

We had springs and cable wire put in last year so I chose to call again for the rollers and seal on the bottom of the door to be replaced. Ryan was very efficient and informative on other things such as giving us an estimate for a new garage door opener

When I searched garage door repair near me, Precision was the first business listed. I liked how you have a 24-hour manned phone line to schedule service as our door broke after hours. I got an appointment the very next day. Corey B. called before coming and took less time than he estimated to fix our door. Precision installed a much needed replacement garage door opener for me. The technician, without pressuring me, did show me a few other things that needed attention. I chose a few of the recommendations and dismissed others. I had investigated three companies via phone after doing a Google search. The job was completed with great attention to detail and the final price did not exceed the estimate. I would recommend Precision.

Phenomenal service. Originally scheduled technician was running way behind, so the office staff re-routed a different technician who arrived during the originally scheduled time range. Technician (Kevin) was professional, respectful, but also down-to-earth. Excellent experience.

Eric did a great job informing me of the door and spring system installed in our home. We discussed replacement options and were comfortable with our choice after discussing it with him. Installation was very fast. Door works better than new. The original spring system was inadequate for our door.
