very good service. Very pleased with the work that was done. The installer was very professional and found a couple other problems that would have disabled the garage door. By him finding these problems saved me another service call to fix. Very happy with the service.

Great experience and informative. RJ and Eric were quite the gentlemen. Not inexpensive-but figured it should be done. Actually had rollers, springs, cables and drums replaced; mine were 23 yrs., old. Thanks! Ken

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable of the work he came to do. He explained to me very clearly and answered all of my questions. He was kind and honest enough to suggest several options to the services I was asking for. It was a pleasure to interact with him.

Your employee, Brandon, was very polite, explained the problems well that our door was experiencing. Arrived at the expected time, took his time to ensure we understood the problems. It was a pleasure working with him. I am so glad we contacted Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them to others needing garage door service.

Apologize to you for forgetting my service tech's name. I would like you to know he did a great job. I would take him on any team I had. Please let him know he is a valuable member of your team and people like that are getting harder to find. He's a good dude/man. Because of him, I will always bring any business to your company. Let him know. He deserves to know. Thanks, Be well...

We had our garage door spring break on a Sunday evening and Precision was able to get a technician to our house first thing the following morning (which was greatly appreciated as our vehicles were trapped inside). While it was unfortunate that we needed repairs, our technician, Austin D., did a fantastic job of explaining the issues, and providing us with a detailed plan on what needed to be done as well as other options that would increase the lifespan of the door and motor. I cannot overstate how professional and knowledgeable Austin was, and he even went out of his way to avoid waking up our three month old son! Austin was not only professional, but he also explained things in a manner in which they were easy to understand, and he did not try and forcefully upsell us on items that were not necessary. The door was fixed in a timely and efficient manner and it is also much quieter thanks to the additional efforts that Austin put into his work. Thank you Precision for your timely and affordable services, and thank you Austin for being great at what you do. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door service needs and I will be recommending them to anyone that is in need of their services!

Precision made it very easy to schedule an appointment online for a next day service. The technician, Teddy, was extremely courteous and repaired the garage door and wrote up a suggested maintenance plan. Very happy with the repair and the way the company treats it’s customers.

Great young man had complete confidence in him after he explained everything to me great communicator I was in real estate for 38 years and over that period of time I owned five real estate companies so if he had come to me for a job, I would’ve hired him on the spot. 5+.

I’m impressed. I called for service at 1:30. The guy arrived at 2:30 and completed the installation at 5pm. Great service. Rather surprised at the price but then everything is crazy high these days.

Garage Door spring broke over the weekend, called the company that installed our garage door that has 24/7 service, but they did not answer their phones after an hour, so I called Precision. The customer service person was very friendly, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled the appointment for the same day, with no upcharge/service fee for the weekend. The service technician Ryan called us on his way to our home and was there on time. Ryan did a great job fixing our garage door. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will certainly use Precision!
