Fast. Efficient. Quality. Very happy with the service. Our garage door spring broke, so we searched a few companies. Precision had many highly rated reviews so we decided to have them come and give us a quote. During the quote, they gave us multiple options and straightforward answers and we felt satisfied in our choice. Once work was agreed upon the job was done efficiently with a walk through at the end. We are very happy with the work, the products, and the price. (Same review we gave Google. They really did do a great job.)

I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October. I called this morning to have someone come repair my garage door/opener. Brandon was able to come early and he fixed my opener and then looked over the spring, bearings and rollers. Since all of this was original to the home, he suggested replacing all of it. What a difference and after seven years of struggling with a squeaky door, it’s heaven to hear a well running door. Ha! Brandon exceeding my expectations and I would recommend this company and Brandon to all of my family and friends. What a relief.
