The service provided was excellent. My experience started with with a polite customer service representative who promptly answered my phone call and made arrangements for a service call. The technician was equally polite and professional, and his expertise and skills were exceptional. After he performed the work, he took the time to share other helpful operational information. At the end of the call, he asked one last time if I was completely satisfied. I'll be calling again soon for additional repairs.

1. The customer service rep asked all the right questions and set up an appointment quickly and accurately. In fact, she was the first CSR that actually knew to ask me about the sound that the door was making! Very impressive. 2. My technician was early to the appointment, listened to my description of the problem, and kept me informed throughout the appointment. He was polite, professional, and expert in his craft. Precision is an outstanding service team!

Precision door installed new mechanics on my door earlier this year. It was a great experience. I called today to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t figure out why my garage door disengaged with the garage door opener and I couldn’t get it re-engaged. The fix was simple and John B. was extremely respectful salvaging my complete embarrassment. He then proceeded to identify ill positioned sensors, which he fixed, and provided education for me to watch in the future. But he didn’t stop there. He noticed the new mechanics they had installed weren’t working to their best potential. He took the time to adjust them so that the door was even more smooth than it was before. All for the cost of the service fee, I might add. Long story short, AMAZING SERVICE, by John B and Precision Door from phone call to completion. Thank you!

I was told that you were open seven days a week. My garage door broke on a Sunday. Precision was out the next day, on time. Our tech was Kevin. He was great. Explained everything that needed replaced and how it all worked. He was so personable, knowledgeable and thorough. My neighbor recommended I call Precision because she had seen great reviews of your company. I am very happy she did. The young lady I initially spoke with was kind and helpful. Andrew was the technician assigned to fix my broken garage door. He was prompt, very kind and explained my problem and options to fix the problem in a way I could understand. He took the time to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend to others!
