Phenomenal service. Originally scheduled technician was running way behind, so the office staff re-routed a different technician who arrived during the originally scheduled time range. Technician (Kevin) was professional, respectful, but also down-to-earth. Excellent experience.

Realized we had a broken spring about 4:00 in the afternoon and they had someone out at our house by 6:15. We were very impressed with their prompt service and Kevin was very accommodating in sharing options with other safety concerns that needed addressing. We have used Precision in the past and happy with their service. We are also happy with today's service. Had a new garage door system including cables, etc installed. Works perfectly and is much quieter. Andrew S was here within the time frame he said he would be, presented us with options, and got to work immediately and finished when he said he would. He's very nice to talk to too. We would definately use him and Precision again.

My garage door was working well with key pad, car remote and hand remote but after tuneup…the garage door will not open or close unless using in-house opener!!! They worked before tune up!!!help!!!

Precision Door personnel are excellent. I’m a very satisfied customer. Precision door has installed doors and lifters for two of our homes in Indianapolis and Greenwood. The torsion spring on my overhead door broke late on a Sunday afternoon. Your technicians were booked for the rest of the day, so the repair was scheduled for Monday mid morning. Fair enough! Ryan Deal was my technician. Ryan is very polite, customer focused, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I particularly appreciated how he thoroughly explained the repair options available and the associated warranties. Prompt thorough service performed by an experienced professional, and at a reasonable price…what more can one ask for?! Precision will continue to be my “go to” company for any future garage door needs.

Precision installed a much needed replacement garage door opener for me. The technician, without pressuring me, did show me a few other things that needed attention. I chose a few of the recommendations and dismissed others. I had investigated three companies via phone after doing a Google search.
