I was pleasantly surprised when I called toward the end of a normal business day to schedule a tune up, and was able to get scheduled for early the very next day! The technician, Ryan was very thorough. He made sure I understood everything and did not pressure me into doing anything but gave me several options for keeping my doors working properly. He also told me what to look and listen for in the future. This was a great experience

Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. My door starting acting up on a Friday evening, I called Precision Saturday morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician at my home. Drew diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and presented several opinions after clearly explaining what was causing my issue. Once I had chosen how I wanted to proceed, Drew quickly fixed my unit. I am very happy with the service provided and by the professionalism Drew Thatcher demonstrated. I highly recommend this company!

James came to our house to fix a busted spring and he informed us that we should have a 2 spring system instead of the one due to the bigger heavier door. He gave us a quote which was higher than what we had liked but once we thought about it the quote was reasonable given the fact he had to replace the torsion bar, drums and and 2 new springs. James was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thanks James and thanks to Precision.
