We're so glad we chose you! ! Our experience was trouble free, Andrew, our service tech, explained everything in words we could understand, and with our approval, replaced the seals on 3 doors, installed a new exterior keypad and several other repair /tune-up items he and my husband discussed. Everything done A-1, and the cost very fair. Money well spent! ! We would definitely call back if needed for future service! !

Mike showed up precisely when he said was going to. He was courteous and professional and explained everything he was going to do and all of his concerns about my current setup. Although he did reccomend a good amount of work to be done to bring my equipment current, he wasn’t pushy at all. He even played with my two big dogs who ran out into the garage to meet him. Highly recommended.

Incredible service! We had a spring break last night and could not operate the door at all to get the cars out. I called late last night to schedule the appointment for the next day. Nick was our technician and he was awesome. He came well within his set time window, was friendly and knowledgeable and actually helped us out with a couple other issues we were having on the door. Excellent work!!

I selected Precision because you installed my door opener when I had it replaced about a year ago. My serviceman today, Mike, did a great job finding a way to fix my door. I was also pleased that he was friendly and pleasant to talk with about future garage door needs. It’s because of my experience with Precision and service reps like Mike, that I continue to call Precision for my garage door needs. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service understands customer service. Nick called in advance of his arrival. He showed up on time, and explained my options, along with what he would be replacing. In a short amount of time the springs were replaced, the door was adjusted, and functioning properly. Thank you!

There was a mix up in the scheduling and was notified as soon as they caught it. Our technician Ben was very understanding about the situation. He was the perfect technician to work with because his experience and his ability to explain what he had to do to correct our problems. After explaining to us what really needed to be done to fix the issue, we spent more that we expected. But we couldn’t be happier with the results. Open and closing the door is so much quieter. Our son has sensitive hearing and it doesn’t even bother him like before. We know that we will be replacing the garage door opener soon and we know what company we will be calling and what technician we will request. When we need to replace the garage door, we know we can trust Precison! Thank you so much!

Scheduled a Saturday appointment to replace a broken spring, tech arrived right on time, informed me of the options and replaced both springs as recommended. My previous experience with Precision gave me the confidence that they were not trying to rip me off or up sell. The repair was completed quickly, payment was efficient and was exactly the same as quoted with no additional fees or charges.

A wonderful Precision technician came out named James and rescued us! James had a very pleasant, up beat, can do personality. James gave us two estimates so we chose the plan with the longer ten year warranty. James was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained the process. We now have a quiet, functioning garage door and had our faith restored in humanity that there are still good repairmen out there that actually enjoy what they do! James feom Precision was AWESOME!

My garage door broke--I left my house and not five minutes later I was driving behind one of their trucks. Called and had a technician come out the next day. They were great--worked around my schedule and even showed up on time! Andrew (the technician) was great. I would highly recommend Precision!

"The Precision" DOOR Technician, James, came by our home today (4 hours after my request) to have my garage door inspected for periodic service. His arrival was prompt, he was pleasant and courteous. The door and open/closure electrics and mechanics were carefully inspected and operated. His explanations, Maintainance and operating advice were very helpful. There are no evident current problems. He advised that we have another inspection in 4-5 years. I would be pleased to have James assigned for my next Inspection. The "Service Performed" was "Periodic Inspection and related Service".YOUR option did not offer a "service and inspection," only option. I suggest that you add that option.
